San Diego-headquartered Westcore Properties has acquired a Salt Lake City industrial property for approximately $7.15 million, marking the company’s entry into the Utah city’s marketplace.
A company statement said the 87,122-square-foot industrial building, at 4745 Amelia Earhart Drive, includes cold-storage facilities and is fully occupied by Criminelli Fine Meats and GE Healthcare. The building is located near the Salt Lake City airport.
“We anticipate continued tenant demand for industrial space as businesses that support other companies, especially tech companies, move to and grow in Utah,” said Marc Brutten, chairman of Westcore Properties.
The seller in the industrial deal was BH Properties of Los Angeles. The buyer and seller were represented by Bryce Blanchard of brokerage firm Newmark Grubb ACRES
