Westcore Properties based in UTC has acquired a San Jose industrial building for $20.5 million.
The seller wasn’t disclosed.
The 81,475 square-foot warehouse at 1800 Dobbin Drive has 30-foot clear height.
Representing the seller was Jeff Ida, first vice president of Marcus & Millichap.
Westcore Properties represented itself.
“We like the relationship and demand for industrial properties that accommodate mid-sized tenants, particularly for infill locations,” said Westcore Managing Director Peter Mette.
“With this acquisition, we were also attracted by the strong economy in San Jose and Silicon Valley and the property’s location proximate to the new Berryessa BART station,” Mette said.
