Vista Village shopping center in downtown Vista has been sold for an undisclosed price to a Las Vegas real estate investment firm.
Built in 2003, the 195,009-square foot center was sold by SITE Centers based in Ohio to CFT Vista LLC.
Both parties were represented by Jimmy Slusher, Eric Shain, Philip Voorhees and Reg Kobzi of CBRE.
Vista Village tenants include Frazier Farms. Cinepolis, Pet Plus and Crunch Fitness.
“Seasoned investors covet high-performing, grocery-anchored centers in Southern California,” Voorhees said. “The combination of Frazier Farms and Cinepolis provides two ideal anchors for this project. CBRE expects Vista Village will produce marvelous returns for the buyer now and into the future.”
Slusher said the shopping center “offered a blend of traditional and experienced-based tenancy alongside a city-owned water park and served by a heavily trafficked light rail, making Vista Village a staple of the surrounding community.”
