A Solana Beach office and retail building has been sold for $10.9 million.
Cedros Executive Plaza, 308-312 S. Cedros Ave., was acquired by Fenway Capital Advisors from Hensarlanjud, LLC.
The property has about 25,000 square feet of office and retail space on a 1.14-acre site.
Peter Curry, Brooks Campbell, and Kevin Cuff with Cushman & Wakefield’s Private Capital Group in San Diego represented the buyer.
