Brixton Capital based in Solana Beach has acquired a Texas apartment complex for an undisclosed price.
The company bought Gulf Breeze apartments in Corpus Christi from Mount Auburn Multifamily based in Los Angeles.
Built in 1994 on a nine-acre site, the 131,000 square foot complex at 6533 Patti Drive has 200 apartments comprised of 48 one-bedroom apartments, 120 two-bedroom apartments and 32 three-bedroom apartments.
Brixton Capital in March bought the 250-apartment Everhart Apartments in Corpus Christi at 6947 Everhart Road.
The company in June acquired the property management firm of United Apartment Group (UAG) based in San Antonio.
UAG will manage Gulf Breeze.
