Solana Company, based in Solana Beach, and Brickstar Capital, with offices in Solana Beach and Los Angeles, have sold two hotels in Henderson, Nevada in a joint venture.
The 120-room SpringHill Suites at 1481 Paseo Verde Parkway and the 108-room TownePlace Suites Henderson at 1471 Paseo Verde are adjacent to each other.
Solana Company and Brickstar sold the hotels for an undisclosed price to a buyer whose identity was not disclosed.
Both hotels opened in 2009 and were renovated in 2016.
