A Scripps Ranch office building has been sold for nearly $4.8 million.
The 21,400 square foot building at 10065 Old Grove Road was sold to 4RL Properties, LLC of San Diego by Adams SD, LLC of San Antonio, Texas.
Steve Malley, president of Lee & Associates’ San Diego office, represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
The buyer plans to renovate the building and occupy the entire second floor, according to Malley.
