A Santee industrial center has been sold for $5.4 million.
The 52,000 square-foot building at 8733 N. Magnolia Ave., has small incubator warehouses spaces with some retail and office space.
Most of the suites are 1,000 square feet.
The buyer was Magnolia 54, LLC.

The seller was Merten-Smith, LLC
