San Diego investors acquired a Kentucky retail building for nearly $4 million.
Wayne and Jan Loftus of Emerald Paducah LLC bought the 10,121 square-foot building in Paducah at 3001 Lone Oak Road from WEC 99J-32 LLC.
Jon Busse of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the buyers.
Matt Berres of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller.
Built in 1999, the building is leased as CVS Pharmacy with 19 years left on a 20-year lease.
