Presidio Residential Capital, a real estate management company based in San Diego, and San Joaquin Valley Homes have purchased two parcels of land in Visalia with plans to build 121 single-family homes.
Neither the purchase price nor the seller was disclosed.
Presidio Residential Capital and San Joaquin Valley Homes plan to build 91 homes in what they’re calling Arbor Gates at the northwest corner of Visalia Parkway and Demaree Street.
The companies also bought a nearly five-acre site with 30 lots near the southwest corner of Caldwell Avenue and Cameron Court.
Construction on both sites is planned to start in December.
Arbor Gates will be a gated community that will include a neighborhood park. The three-bedroom, two-bedroom homes will range from 1,297 square feet to 1,597 square feet on lots that average 5,600 square feet.
They will have two-car garages, nine-foot ceilings, and granite countertops, and stainless and steel appliances. Some will have covered patios.
Cameron Court will have 30 homes of 1,297 square feet to 1,597 square feet on lots averaging 5,500 square feet and will have amenities similar to those in Arbor Gates.
