A San Diego developer recently broke ground for construction of a $50 million business park in the Las Vegas suburb of Henderson.
Matter Real Estate Group is building a 300,000 square foot project which it’s named Matter Park West @ West Henderson along Executive Airport Drive
Matter acquired the 17-acre site in April 2018 for $12 million from Eliot holdings, LLC.
The project will include four buildings and 444 parking spaces.
“We are thrilled to begin development of this cutting-edge project, which will help meet a growing demand for industrial, showroom and flex space in the area,” said Matter Partner Jim Stuart.
“The Las Vegas region’s industrial market continue to see broad demand from both out of state and locally growing businesses, and we anticipate West Henderson will continue its lead as one of the most attractive business addresses in the greater Las Vegas Valley,” Stuart said.
Lee & Sakahara is the architect on the project, Burke Construction Group is the general contractor, Slater Hanifan Group is the engineer and Nuvis Landscape Architecture is the landscape architect.
Among its other projects in the Las Vegas region, Matter is building the $400 million UnCommons mixed-use project in Las Vegas that will include 500,000 square feet of office space, 875 apartments, 100,000 square feet of retail space, a food hall, restaurants and bars and health and fitness studios.
