A Rolando apartment complex has been sold for $6.9 million.
Hot House Real Estate Holdings, LLC of Rancho Santa Fe bought the Dalton Apartments at 4333 College Ave., from 2525 Highland Avenue, LP of Newhall.
Built in 1965, the 18,804 square-foot complex has 35 apartments ranging in size from 475 square feet to more than 1,000 square feet.
Joe Ramos of South Coast Commercial represented the sellers.
