A Ramona apartment complex has been sold for $3.6 million.
Adato Family Properties II bought the 20-unit complex at 1528 Montecito Road from Shadow Glenn Annex
Built in 1979, the complex has 14 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments and six one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments. Some of the apartments have private balconies and fenced yards. The complex also has 32 parking spaces.
Shadow Glen Annex was represented by Terry Moore of ACI Apartments.
