Pirch, Inc. has signed a lease for warehouse space in Oceanside.
The high-end home furnishing and fixtures company is leasing 67,913 square feet of an industrial building at 1322 Rocky Point Drive.
Pirch is paying more than $4.5 million to lease the space, according to Lee & Associates North San Diego County which brokered the deal.
Rusty Williams, Chris Roth and Jake Rubendall of Lee & Associates represented Pirch.
