A Pacific Beach apartment complex has been sold for $2.9 million.
The 5,690 square foot property at 1468 Hornblend St. was bought by GateHouse Multifamily, LLC.
The seller was Marcus Hodges.
GateHouse Multifamily plans to renovate the 5,600 square-foot property.

Mark Morgan of ACI Apartments represented GateHouse Multifamily.
Christina Labowicz also of ACI Apartments represented the seller.
Fully occupied at the time of the sale, the complex has five one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, and three two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments.
