A Pacific Beach apartment complex has been sold for nearly $2.9 million.
The eight-apartment building at 1051 Law St., was sold by the Michael D. Burke Trust to Walz Properties.
Built in 1970, the building has five one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of 587 square feet and three two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of 780 square feet.
Austin Ray Huffman, an investment specialist with The Zorbas Group of Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, represented both parties.
