A Pacific Beach apartment building has been sold for nearly $2.9 million.
CBG Mizzou, LLC bought the building at 1524 Missouri St. from A.L. McCleary Holdings, LLC
Built in 1973, the building has eight apartments – one two bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, two two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment and five one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments.
The site has two two-car garages, five off-street parking spaces and a laundry room.
McCleary Holdings was represented by Terry Moore of ACI Apartments.
CBG Mizzou was represented by William Gaskins of TGP Management.
