A two-building Pacific Beach apartment complex has been sold for $4.5 million.
The complex at 1449-1463 Felspar St. has six three-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments. The apartments range from 1,200 square feet to 1,400 square feet.
Six of the apartments are townhomes and two are located above tandem garages.
The complex also has 16 covered off-street parking spaces. All of the apartments have fireplaces, private patios or balconies, washer-dryer hookups and central heat.

The seller was MTD Properties San Diego, Inc. based in Oceanside with investors in Malaysia.
The buyer was Bindu Bamrah of Wisconsin.
