Daniel Simons bought the complex at 1444-1450 Diamond St. from A L McCleary Holdings, LLC
The buyer was represented by Ida Hamud, an independent broker.
Representing the seller was Terry Moore of ACI Apartments.

Built in 1992, the complex 5,261 square-foot complex has four apartments – three three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhomes, and one three-bedroom, two-bathroom loft over a garage
The apartments have fireplaces and washers and dryers.
