A Pacific Beach apartment project has been sold for $4.4 million.
The seller of the complex at 1828 Missouri St. was the Campbell Hope Living Trust, according to CoStar, a real estate research firm.
The buyer was not disclosed.
Raymond S. Choi and Vincent Krantz, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, represented the seller.

Kellen O’Mara, an investment specialist at Source California Realty, represented the buyer.
The complex has 12 apartments – one one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, 10 two-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and one three-bedroom apartment, one-bathroom apartment.
Built in 1960, the complex also has eight one-car garages, an on-site laundry, and a central courtyard.
