DMJ Partners based in San Diego has purchased a Pacific Beach apartment and townhome project for $5.5 million.
The project is in the Crown Point section of Pacific Beach at 3929 Gresham St., and 3958-3966 Riviera Drive.
Constructed in 1977, the 10,432 square-foot complex includes 12 units in five buildings.
The units range from 775 square feet to 1,325 square feet and feature open floor plans with fireplaces, some water views, private garages and patios with on-site parking.
DMJ Partners plans to make what the company said were significant renovations to the interior and exterior.
