An Oceanside industrial building has been sold for $3.5 million.
The 28,900 square foot building at 2614-2616 Temple Heights Drive was sold by Golden Globe Group to Temple Heights Properties.
Built in 1988 on a nearly 1.3 acre site, the building has 19 feet clear ceiling height, five dock-high doors, two grade-level doors and 1,200 amps of power.
Temple Heights Properties plans to use the building for its business, Sadie Rose Baking Co.
