Amanpur Investments LLC of South El Monte has purchased the hospitality property that includes Pacific Best Value Inn of Oceanside for $3.4 million, according to CoStar Group.
The seller of the property, at 901 N. Coast Highway, was Pacific GDS Inc. of Escondido. The 20,612-square-foot motel property was first built in 1959.
According to a statement from brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap, which represented the buyer, the 61-room property is in the process of being converted into a new Motel 6.
