An Ocean Beach apartment building has been sold for nearly $6.8 million.
Built in 1973 at 5101-5107 Narragansett Ave., the 12,141 square-foot, three-story building has 16 apartments on a 7,816 square-foot lot.
The apartments range in size from 484 square feet to 1,527 square feet.
The buyer, Mills Trust, was represented by Kidder Mathews multi-family brokers Merrick Matricardi, Jim Neil and Eric Comer and Dylan Wright and Chris Saver of ACRE.
The seller, William R. Mundt Trust, was represented by Mack Langston and Jan Sachs of Pacific Coast Commercial.
“It is uncommon for an oceanfront property to become available on the market,” Matricardi said. “This is only the fourth oceanfront apartment building over 10 units to sell in San Diego County in the last 20 years.”
