A North Park building leased to Vons supermarket has been sold for $27.7 million.
Neither the buyer nor the seller of the property was disclosed.
Vons is leasing the 44,000 square-foot building at 4145 30th St. through June of 2039.
Gary Stache, Anthony DeLorenzo, Doug Mack and Bryan Johnson of CBRE represented the buyer. The seller, a Texas-based investment firm, was self-represented.

“The North Park neighborhood of San Diego continues to undergo an incredible resurgence in the last five to ten years and is prime for investment,” Stache said.
