A North Park apartment complex has been sold for $3.6 million.
The complex at 4534 30th St. was sold by Vaerus 30th Street, LLC.
The buyer was The Berry Family Trust of San Francisco.
Built in 1957, the 5,824 square-foot complex has 10 apartments – eight one-bedroom, one bathroom apartments averaging 545 square feet and two two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments averaging 732 square feet.
The seller was represented by Carson Trujillo of Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office.
Representing the buyer was Tom McCartin, also of Marcus & Millichap in San Diego.
Trujillo said the purchase price of $3.6 million was the highest price per square foot ever paid for a North Park apartment building.
