A North Park apartment complex has been sold for about $2.1 million.
The 5,512 square-foot complex at 3769 32nd St. was sold by MK Rentals SD-1 to RSL Mollison, LLC.
Raymond S. Choi of Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office represented MK Rentals SD-1.
Jeff Castellaw of San Diego Apartment Brokers represented RSL Mollison.

Built in 1979, the complex has six one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments of 700 square feet each and one three-bedroom/two-bathroom townhome of 1,200 square feet.
