North Park Apartment Building Sold For $3.2M

A North Park apartment building has been sold for $3.2 million.

Sweetwater Drive, LLC bought the building at 3233 Herman Ave. from New Dawn Investments, LLC

Carson Trujillo and Raymond S. Choi in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office represented New Dawn Investments principals Dan Tomasi and Jarret Pugh.

Sweetwater Drive was represented by Jonathan Weir and Steve Bogoyevac in Marcus & Millichap’s South Bay office.

Renovated in 2018, the building has three to-bedroom apartments averaging 809 square feet and five one-bedroom apartments averaging 594 square feet.
