Ryan Cos. and DWS Group have broken ground for a two-building industrial park in Poway that they have named Vantage Point.
The development at 14400-14500 Kirkham Way has a total of 533,950 square feet.
The buildings have 36-foot minimum clear heights, ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) sprinkler fire suppressions system with K22 heads, up to 113 dock-high doors, 12 drive-in doors, and a 180-foot wide concrete truck court.
Amenities include two outdoor break areas, an indoor bicycle storage room and six electric vehicle charging stations.
Leasing agents for the property are Mickey Morera and James Duncan of Kidder Mathews.
“Vantage Point offers tenants a rare opportunity in central San Diego,” said Morera, executive vice president and managing director at Kidder Mathews. “As mid-county industrial vacancy rates remain at historic lows, Vantage Point offers tenants the ability to lease a brand new logistics facility in a very supply-constrained market.”
