A National City apartment building has been sold for about $3 million.
The 11,000 square foot building at 1820 Terry Lane has 16 apartments ranging in size from 649 square feet to 750 square feet.
Six of the apartments have two bedrooms and one bathroom and 10 have one bedroom and one bathroom. The complex also has a laundry room.
The seller was Rafael Perez. He was represented by Francisco Jimenez of Rosano Partners Commercial Real Estate Partners.

The buyer was Louis C. Baker Separate Property Trust, represented by Ryan Oca of Creative Property Group, Inc. Plans are to renovate the building.
