Miramar Auto Center has been sold for $9.9 million.
Several tenants lease space in the 34,015-square-foot auto center that covers two parcels totaling 2.04 acres.
Four-Sher Investments, LLC sold the property to CES Remington, LLC.
Evan McDonald of Colliers represented the seller.
Brandon Keith of Voit represented the buyer.
