A Chula Vista mobile home park has been sold for $30 million.
Granada Mobile Estates was sold by Granada Mobile Estates LLC to Interstate 5 Center LLC, an affiliate of Kleege Enterprises.
The park has 198 spaces on a 12.9-acre site at 501 Anita St.
Vince Reynolds of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer.
