A Mission Hills apartment complex has been sold for $3.4 million.
PGP Holdings RL, LLC bought the complex at 3812 Keating St. from FUGU, LLC.
Built in 1960 on a 20,003 square-foot lot, the two-story complex has 13 apartments.
Robert Vallera, senior vice president and partner with Voit Real Estate Services represented the seller in the transaction.
