A Miramar shopping center has been sold for $6.2 million.
Miracrest Plaza, 6780 Miramar Road, was sold by Miracrest Plaza Associates, LLC to H&J Kazemaini, LLC.
Representing the seller on behalf of The Totah Group of Marcus & Millichap were Nick Totah, first vice president, and Greg Farris, investment associate.
Justin Marlow, a senior associate of CBRE’s Ontario office, represented the buyer.

Developed in 1986 by Miracrest Plaza Associates, the 24,273 square-foot center was 98 percent leased with about 21 tenants at the time of sale but most of the tenants were on reduced rents due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
