A Miramar office building has been sold to Tappan Corp. of Lake Forest for an undisclosed price.
The seller was Boxer Property, which purchased the property in 2015 for $8.2 million, according to CoStar, a real estate listing service.
Built in 1986, the 103,325 square-foot, three-story building at 7220 Trade St. was renovated in 2017.
Rick Reeder and Brad Tecca with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets in San Diego and Brooks Campbell and Duncan Dodd of the firm’s Private Capital Group in San Diego represented the seller.
The buyer was represented by Larry Glenn of Glendale Mortgage Co.
At the time of the sale, the building was nearly 60 percent leased to smaller tenants, said Campbell, a senior director of Cushman & Wakefield.
“In addition to the seller’s previous capital improvements, the building also features great natural light and an atrium courtyard-style design that allows for easy flexibility for tenant occupancies,” Campbell said.
