A Little Italy apartment and office complex has sold for about $3 million.
Home Adopters Development, LLC bought the two-story complex at 720 and 722 W. Juniper St. with plans to redevelop it as affordable housing.
The seller was not disclosed.
With 5,057 square feet of rentable space, the complex has two, two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, one one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment and second floor office.
The buyer and seller were represented by Adam Cairo and Seth Watje of South Coast Commercial, Inc.’s Gold Bear Group.
