La Mesa’s Parkway Shopping Center has been sold for $6.8 million.
The 24,404 square foot shopping center was sold by the Galanoudes Family Trust.
The buyer was Alcatraz 475, LP, according to CoStar, a real estate research firm.
Erik Egelko of SVN Vanguard’s San Diego office represented the seller.

The property was fully leased at the time of the sale.
“We received a tremendous amount of activity on this listing due to the irreplaceable location and major lack of quality inventory in the $5-10 million category,” Egelko said.
