A La Jolla mixed-use building has been sold for $4.9 million to an undisclosed investor.
The 9,626 square-foot, three-story building at 1135 Torrey Pines Road has retail space on the first floor leased to The Pet Health Center of La Jolla with six apartments above it.
The apartments range in size from 700 square feet to 2,600 square feet.
The seller was Faye and Alan Tassviri of La Jolla.

Ben Tashakorian, senior managing director in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, represented the seller.
The buyer was represented by Alex Mickle of AVM Properties.
