Westcore Properties based in UTC has leased a Compton warehouse to a vertical farming company from South San Francisco.
Plenty Unlimited signed a 10-year lease on the 94,875 square-foot warehouse under construction at 126 E. Oris St.
Scheduled for completion in November, the warehouse has ceilings that are 32 feet in height.
Plenty plans to use the space to grow leafy greens indoors.

Through our marketing process, we worked closely with their executive team, tasted their products and are confident they will be successful.”
Marc Bonando and Brad Connors of Kidder Mathews represented Westcore in the lease deal.
