A former Toys R Us store in Chula Vista and adjacent land that was used for parking have been sold in two deals for a combined price of nearly $15.3 million.
Interstate 5 Centre, LLC an affiliate of Kleege Enterprises, was the seller in both transactions.
The company sold the 72,000 square-foot former Toys R Us building at 1002-1008 Industrial Blvd. to 1002 Industrial Blvd. LLC for nearly $10.3 million.
The building is on a 4.9 acre site.
No brokers were involved in the sale.
Interstate 5 Centre also sold an adjacent 2.9 acre parcel of vacant land for $5 million to WPC-NN CHULA I-5 JV LLC, an affiliate of Wentworth Property Company.
