Brixton Capital based in Solana Beach has received $14.4 million in financing for tenant improvements and other expenses incurred in renovating and leasing two office buildings in Kearny Mesa.
The financing was arranged by Shaun Moothart, Bruce Francis, Bob Ybarra, Jennifer Ansari, Dana Summers, and Doug Birrell of CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance.
Totaling 87,775 square feet, the buildings being renovated are Lomas Pacific I, 9619 Chesapeake Drive, and Lomas Pacific II, 9444 Farnham St.
The buildings were constructed in 1983 and 1985 and initially renovated in 2017. Pending improvements include an interior and exterior refresh, new signage, elevator modernization, new lobbies and hallways, remodeled restrooms, and landscaping.
