An Escondido industrial building has been sold for $2.8 million.
PGP Beach Colony, Ltd. bought the property at 124 S Market Place from the Morris Alkin Revocable Trust.
Daniel Knoke and Peter Merz of Lee & Associates, Inc. – North San Diego County represented both parties in the transaction.
The 19,525 square foot building has four suites leased to three tenants with a long rental history in the building.
