An Escondido apartment complex has been sold for $9.2 million.
Mission Grande apartments, 460 E. Mission Ave., was acquired by Walz Properties.
The seller was SDHS Development Corp.
Both parties were represented by Christopher Zorbas, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office and Austin Huffman, an associate with the firm.
The complex has 41 apartments.
Of those, 40 are two-bedroom, 1.5 -bathroom apartments and one is a four-bedroom, 2.5- bathroom apartment.
