An Encinitas shopping center has been sold for $43 million.
The 124,411 square-foot Encinitas Marketplace at 110-194 El Camino Real was bought by Encinitas Marketplace, LLC.
The seller was undisclosed.
Richard Lebert and Matt Zimsky of Colliers International and Chris Ross of JLL represented the buyer.
REZA Investment Group represented the seller.
“The Encinitas Marketplace presents an incredible investment opportunity for our buyer,” said Lebert, senior vice president at Colliers. “With a nearly 80 percent national and regional tenant base, the center is an important community asset with strong long-term potential for the new ownership.”
