Larson Packing Holdings, Inc. has signed a 10-year lease on an El Cajon industrial building.
The lease was valued at more than $3 million.
Larson Packing Holdings leased the building at 280 Cypress Lane from Harmann Companies.
The 40,550 square-foot building has four grade level doors, one dock high door, 22-foot clear ceiling height, and heavy power.
