An El Cajon apartment complex has been sold for nearly $13 million.
The Heritage, 360 North 1st St., was acquired by A.L. Group, LLC.
The seller was Pinnacle Heritage, LLC.
Built in 1973, the 43,360 square-foot complex has 56 apartments.
The apartments range from 723 square feet to 943 square feet, according to CoStar, a real estate listing service.
The complex was extensively remodeled in 2009.
All apartments have washer/dryers, central air conditioning, granite counters and vanities, dual-pane windows, mounted microwave ovens and stainless steel appliances.
The complex has 89 parking spaces, a barbecue area, a pool and gated entry.
A.L. Group and Pinnacle Heritage were represented by Arby Eivazian of ACI Apartments.
