Van Houten Apartments AG, LLC bought the property at 552-558 Van Houten Ave. from an undisclosed buyer.
Benn Vogelsang and Brendan Flynn of South Coast Commercial, Inc represented the buyer and seller.
The complex has 17 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of about 600 square feet and a two-bedroom house of about 1,000 square feet.
