An El Cajon apartment complex has been sold for nearly $4 million.
Deborah & Donald Freeman of El Cajon purchased the property at 989 Leslie Road.
The seller was Ocean Aire LLC of San Diego.
Abe Peay of South Coast Commercial, Inc. represented the Seller and Jason Lee of South Coast Commercial represented the Buyer.

The complex has 16 apartments.
They range from three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of 1,000 square feet to two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of 820 square feet.
Peay said the project “expands the buyer’s operation’s in a growing rental market in the El Cajon neighborhood of San Diego and allowed the seller to move on to another project.”
