A Coronado apartment complex was sold for $4.1 million in a transaction in which neither the buyer nor the seller was disclosed.
Built in 1968 and remodeled in 2016, the two-story complex at 157-163 D Ave. has eight apartments.
The 5,420 square foot complex has five two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of about 800 square feet each and three one-bedroom, one bathroom apartments of about 500 square feet each.
Both the buyer and the seller were represented by James Carter and Anastasia Duboshina of Apartment Realty Group.
Carter is a senior managing partner and Duboshina is a senior associate.
