A City Heights apartment building has been sold for $2.4 million.
Positive Investments, Inc. bought the property at 3817 41st St. from Kathy Cavigliano.
The building has 10 apartments – four three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, four two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, and two one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments.
The 8,484 square-foot complex was built in 1988.
